Please note; PLEASE READ before booking. There is a time window of 2 hours before appointment to book online. We direct bill to these insurances: Sunlife portal, Provider Connect Portal, Telus Portal and Blue Cross Portal. All others you will have to pay and submit yourself for reimbursement. Simone is not taking any new clients at this time due to a decrease in hours worked, in order to better serve her existing clientele. Annette can direct bill to Greensheild, Blue Cross and Sunlife. She CAN NOT direct bill to the Telus portal which includes Canada life, Manulife, Equitable life etc... However you can pay and submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Amanda, Darcea, Penny and Simone Direct bills to the insurances mentioned above. Students, Amy and Alyssa CAN NOT Direct bill and WILL NOT be eligible for claim submission as you need to be a Registered Massage Therapist. There is a FULL FEE charge for not showing up to your appointment or not cancelling with 12 hour notice. This CAN NOT go through your insurance as this IS fraud. Please give us a call to let us know you can't make, we are understanding to certain circumstances. We will be happy to reschedule you to another day. Thank-you :)
