Please note; Annette can direct bill to Greensheild, Blue Cross and Sunlife. She CAN NOT direct bill to the Telus portal which includes Canada life, Manulife, Equitable life etc... However you can pay and submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Whitaney is able to direct bill to most insurances. Cher is now able to do online booking to most insurances. Simone, can direct bill to most others. There is a FULL FEE charge for not showing up to your appointment or not cancelling with 24 hour notice.
